General Shipping Information 

All shipments are insured. 
International orders are shipped by Postal Air Service unless otherwise requested. 
Where indicated, upon shipping the item we will notify you and provide the tracking number (if applicable). 
If you require that the shipper be other than USPS or UPS, we will do our best to accommodate your wishes. 

Shipping Charges 
The shipping charge quoted (domestic, 48 states) is based on the shipping weight and value of the item, and includes insurance.
Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii are quoted separately on an individual basis. 
International shipping charges are estimated as close as possible to the actual cost of shipping. 

Damaged in Shipping, Loss, Insurance Claims 
We pack professionally and have not experienced damage in transit so far. Please check the package on arrival and, if it appears to be damaged, have the carrier make a notation or report. 
Claims for merchandise damaged in transit are to be made directly by the customer against the carrier. We will provide tracking number and all pertinent info. 
Claims for lost-in-transit merchandise are made by the shipper ( ClearSight USA ). Rules for loss claims vary from carrier to carrier. We will abide by the rules imposed by the carrier in question.
